		<description>Good post.  I agree. Sometimes the right thing is hard to figure out. But I&#039;m always amazed how things pop into my brain about how to handle something. Definitely no wiggle room, but you can always &quot;discuss&quot; things with the older kids...to some extent... and you can&#039;t do that with the little guys. So, that&#039;s a plus. 

I&#039;m lucky to have dropped into this family. Even with the bumps, I cherish it.</description>
