Yesterday, I had my mom pick her up at my house, and instead of my sneaking out the door, she drove away with C screaming. It's a violation of trust to her. Instead, you're supposed (according to my vast, vast understanding of bambinos) to get down on her level, tell her that you are leaving, tell her when you'll see her again, and LEAVE. It's the dragging it out that is making it worse.
