I bought a pair of shoes a few weeks ago from Zappos, my favorite shoe store. As usual, everything on their end was awesome, and I love my new shoes. So this morning when they asked me if I’d write a review, I happily complied. And then they sent this cute thank you note:

I’m bummed because I was looking on Zappos for some new shoes, and I got incredibly excited about this pair. I was all ready to put in my credit card information before I discovered that they only have size 8, and it doesn’t look like they’re made any more. No big deal in the grand scheme of things, but it quashed my attempt at shopping therapy.
